My relational and trauma-informed approach combines practical strategies with deep exploration of your experiences. Our work will be grounded in helping you understand how past relationships and experiences shape how you feel and act today to help you make meaningful, lasting change. At the same time, I pull from cognitive behavioral and exposure-based therapies when appropriate to help you build skills, face fears, and find relief in the here and now. While each person and session calls for something different, I am generally attentive, engaged, playful, and curious in sessions.
